Put It Out Rockland offers FREE programs to help you quit smoking along with FREE nicotine replacement patches, gum or lozenge to increase your chance of being successful. Two formats are offered:

Group Cessation Classes - a series of ten sessions that encourage behavior change and incorporate practical tips for quitting successfully in a supportive yet structured group atmosphere. Each session is approximately 1 1/2 hours.

One on One - personalized cessation coaching consisting of three sessions with a cessation specialist who assists you in developing an individual quit plan tailored to your needs. Each session is approximately 1/2 hour.

New York State Smoker’s Quitsite
1-866-NY-QUITS (1-866-697-8487) offers FREE starter kit of nicotine patches, gum or lozenges for eligible New York State smokers, trained Quitline Specialists offering help with quit plans, information about local stop smoking programs and informational taped messages.
